本データビューアを利用する前に、以下の規約をお読みいただき、同意をお願いいたします。

利用規約

原則として本データは個人情報を含まないサマリー統計ですが、所属機関のヒトデータ取り扱いの規程に従ってご利用ください。

IMMAGINE data viewのデータは倫理審査承認および参加者同意に基づき公開されています。 利用に際して必要な倫理手続きについては、利用者自身の所属機関の規定に従ってください。

1. 利用ポリシー

IMMAGINE data viewのQTLサマリーデータは研究、教育、学術的検討目的に限り、ダウンロードし、利用することが可能です。 個人レベルの遺伝情報や表現型データは含まれていません。以下のルールに従ってください。

  • 再同定（個人推定）を試みないこと
  • データを第三者に再配布しないこと
  • スクレイピングその他これに類する手段により、サーバーまたはシステムに著しい負荷を生じさせる行為を行わないこと
  • 適用される法令・倫理指針を遵守すること
  • 成果公表時にデータ提供元を適切に明記すること（Acknowledgement）

Acknowledgement Template

本研究では、理化学研究所 生命医科学研究センターが提供する Public QTL Viewer であるIMMAGINE data viewを利用しました。本サービスは AMED SCARDA「ワクチン開発のための世界トップレベル研究開発拠点の形成事業」の支援を受けて実施されています。（Access date: YYYY-MM-DD）

原則として本データは個人情報を含まないサマリー統計ですが、所属機関のヒトデータ取り扱いの規程に従ってご利用ください。

Terms of Use

This data is made publicly available following ethical review approval and participant consent. Please comply with the regulations of your institution regarding the ethical procedures required for its use.

1. Usage Policy

This QTL summary data may be used for research, educational, and academic review purposes. The data do not contain individual-level genetic information or phenotypic data. Please adhere to the following rules.

Acknowledgement Template

  • ・ I will not attempt re-identification of individuals
  • ・ I will not redistribute the data to third parties
  • ・ I will not engage in unauthorized data acquisition, including automated scraping
  • ・ I will comply with applicable laws and ethical guidelines
  • ・ I will appropriately cite the data source when publishing results

Acknowledgement Template

We used IMMAGINEview, the Public QTL Viewer provided by the RIKEN Center for Integrative Medical Sciences. This service is supported by AMED SCARDA under the program "Japan Initiative for World-leading Vaccine Research and Development Centers." (Access date: YYYY-MM-DD)

2. Ethics and Compliance

As a general rule, this dataset consists of summary statistics that do not contain personal information; however, users must comply with the regulations of their affiliated institution.
